Fire broke out at the world’s biggest market, Rungis International Market, in Paris, France. The black smoke could be seen from kilometers away. The fire was extinguished by 100 firefighters and 30 fire trucks. Fire department spokesperson stated that there were no killed or injured during the fire and the cause has not been revealed yet.
The market is providing most of the fresh goods to Paris and the regions around. The 7 kilometers large marketplace employs nearly 12 thousand workers.
