Russian forces attacked an infrastructure facility in Kyiv, Ukraine’s capital, killing 3 people and injuring 6, according to Ukrainian authorities. Explosions were heard in various parts of the country and air alerts were activated across the country, authorities said.

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko urged city residents, saying, “One of the capital’s infrastructures was hit. Stay in the shelters. Air alerts will continue.”
