Workers carried out maintenance and repair work on the Bosphorus Bridge, one of Türkiye’s iconic structures in Istanbul that connects the Asian and European continents. Workers hung from the steel ropes of the bridge, arranging cable systems connected to the bridge’s lighting systems. They used special mountaineering equipment to replace the cable systems of the lights while hanging from the bridge’s highest point of 165 meters.
