The Greek island of Crete was shaken by a 5.8-magnitude earthquake at 09:17 local time. One killed and 9 others were wounded due to a collapse of the dome of a church on the island. It was reported that the epicenter of the earthquake, which damaged many buildings, was 21 kilometers southeast of the city of Heraklion. The earthquake was occurred at a depth of 2 kilometers from the ground, and was felt throughout the island.
