Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan was visited in the Ukraine’s capital city Kiev on Thursday to participate in the 10th meeting of the High-Level Strategic Council (HLSC) between Turkey and Ukraine. During Erdogan’s visit, the “Framework Agreement for Cooperation in Advanced Technologies, Aviation and Space” was signed between the two countries. The agreement, which has a great importance between the two countries, was signed by the Turkish Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank. While developing relations between Turkey and Ukraine, which are strategic partners, in the field of defense industry moving to a different stage, with the agreement, special incentives will be provided for investments by Turkish companies in the fields of advanced technology, aviation and space in Ukraine.

Within the framework of the agreement, investments will be made in Ukraine in the fields of technology, aviation and space, and significant incentives will be provided to Turkish companies. In addition to that, joint working areas between the two countries will be expanded, and favorable conditions will be created for efficient use of production, scientific and technical potential. Additionally, it will be possible to improve the investment environment of Turkish companies in the high technology and aviation industry.
