A teenager caught after snowboarding on streets in Russia

A teenager in Russia’s city of Ryazan, did snowboarding on snow covered city streets by holding a rope tied to a driving car. While his friend was driving the car, the teenager had fun by skiing on the streets. But their dangerous fun didn’t last too long. After a short while, police officers noticed the teenagers weaving in and out in the traffic. Later on, police then pulled them over and warned them that what they did was illegal. After putting the traffic at risk the while skiing, the teenagers told the police that they planed something like this to record and post it on social media. Meanwhile, police officers warned the teenagers and fined them 2.000 Rubles. Despite the fine, teenagers still post the video of the incident on social media.
