american chefs prepare turkish food in las vegas

Aegean Exporters’ Associations, which ensured that Turkish cuisine is taught in the curriculum of William F. Harrah College of Hospitality in Las Vegas for 5 years, conducted an event that American chefs from Las Vegas competed for the first place with the Turkish menus they prepared.
Aegean Exporters’ Unions Vice Coordinator Birol Celep stated that Turkey earned 5 billion US dollars annually from the export of food products and that they aim to export 10 billion dollars in the medium term. He said that they have been successfully working on promotional activities as part of Turquality project, which is supported by Turkish ministry of trade.
