The surge in rental prices in Antalya due to increased foreign influx post-Russia-Ukraine war has subsided, returning to normal levels. Ismail Çağlar, President of Antalya Chamber of Realtors, noted that as foreigners began returning and others found prices high, the rental market stabilized. Prices, which had spiked to 5-10 thousand liras, dropped from 30-40 thousand liras as foreigners realized the market reality. The construction sector’s revival in 2023 also contributed to more available housing and reduced rental costs.
