Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed several key topics during his speech at the 8th Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, Russia. He mentioned Armenia’s recognition of Azerbaijan’s sovereignty over Karabakh through a document signed in Prague, highlighting the ongoing tension in the region. He outlined plans to connect the Siberian Power and Sakhalin-Khabarovsk-Vladivostok gas pipelines, integrating them into the national gas supply  during his speech.

On the other hand, Putin criticized Western provision of weapons to Ukraine, particularly the supply of depleted uranium bullets and F-16 warplanes, stating that such actions prolong the conflict and constitute a crime..
