The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan announced that a joint exercise was held with the participation of the two countries within the framework of the military cooperation agreement signed between Azerbaijan and Turkey. Personnel from different units of the Azerbaijani army and Turkish Armed Forces took part in the exercise, which was carried out in the capital Baku, Jabrayil and Imisli regions using war and special purpose fortification equipment and aircraft.
The aim of the joint exercise is to ensure the coordination of the troops during the war, improve the management, share experience and increase the professionalism of the personnel.
