baseball-sized hailstorms struck USA

In Florida and Texas, two southern US states, life was brought to a halt by hailstorms. A baseball-sized hailstorm struck Palm Bay, Florida and Bellmead, Texas, as well as Waco, Rusk County, Valley Mills, and Eastland County. The downpour began yesterday and lasted into the morning hours, destroying over 100 vehicles and many buildings.
