The death toll has reached 15 after a highly coordinated bomb and gun attack targeted a police station in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province near the Afghan border. Attackers detonated an estimated 1,000 to 1,500 kilograms of explosives before ambushing the facility with heavy gunfire from multiple directions. Out of the 18 police officers present during the brutal assault, only three survived with injuries. Security forces have since locked down the area and launched a massive manhunt, as local residents gathered in a strong show of solidarity to bid a final farewell to the fallen officers.
