car bomb targets convoy of yemeni commander, kills 3

An explosion targeted the convoy of Abdel-Latif el-Sayed, commander of the so-called Security Belt force in the southern province of Abyan. At least 4 people were killed by the bomb, and 11 others were injured, officials said. The victims reportedly were el-Sayed’s guards. The casualties have been take to hospitals for necessary treatment.
