Child Injured in Ukrainian UAV Attack on Voronezh, Russia

An 11-year-old girl sustained injuries in a UAV attack by Ukraine on the Russian city of Voronezh, prompting the declaration of a state of emergency. The Voronezh Region Governor, Alexander Gusev, reported that the child was hurt by falling UAV parts neutralized by air defense systems. The girl received on-site medical treatment for cuts on her hands, legs, and neck, with follow-up visits planned. The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the neutralization of 8 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles over the Voronezh region. Mayor Vadim Kstenin declared a state of emergency, citing damage to 35 flats in three 10-storey buildings. Authorities are assessing the extent of the damage caused by the UAV attack.
