Clashes broke out during demonstrators in Germany

Protesters took to the streets after the left-wing Lina E.’, Lennart A. Jannis R. and Jonathan M., who were on trial in Germany on charges of committing “serious acts of violence” against the far-right, were sentenced to prison. A brawl broke out between the police and the masked demonstrators, who gathered in Wiedebach Square in Leipzig, Germany. Numerous protesters and policemen were slightly injured. Many cars and businesses were damaged.
