Gümüşhane, known for its stunning highlands in the Eastern Black Sea Region of Türkiye, has captivated athletes with its vibrant spring colors. Despite heavy rainfall, 21 athletes from GÜDAK (Gümüşhane Mountaineering, Outdoor Sports and Youth Association) embarked on a camp at Büyükyayla Plateau, 2,285 meters above sea level in Torul district. They explored neighboring plateaus, capturing photos amidst flower-filled landscapes and embracing the misty views. Camping under the stars, they found solace by the shepherd’s fire, before concluding their adventure with a hike to Livade Plateau.
