Construction Begins for Stuttgart-Feuerbach New Mosque in Germany

 

Work has kicked off for the Stuttgart-Feuerbach New Mosque and Complex in Stuttgart, Germany. Planned to accommodate 2,000 people, the project by the Religious Affairs Turkish-Islamic Union (DİTİB) is set to include educational spaces, a conference hall, administrative offices, and parking. The mosque, spanning 4,750 square meters, aims to serve as a multifunctional hub for the community. Expected to cost 22 million euros, completion is slated within four years. Worshippers currently utilize a temporary setup during construction. İsmail Çakır, President of the Feuerbach DİTİB New Mosque Association, anticipates community support for the project’s success.
