The Gaza government’s Media Office reported that 61,709 Palestinians have died in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip, including 14,222 still buried under the rubble.
Since October 7, 2023, 47,487 bodies have been recovered and taken to hospitals. The number of injured has reached 111,588. Among the dead are 17,881 children, including 214 newborns, as well as 1,155 health workers, 205 journalists, and 194 civil defense personnel.
At least 2 million people have been displaced, with some forced to relocate multiple times. The report also alleged that over 6,000 Palestinians have been detained by Israeli forces, with reports of torture and deaths in custody.
