Departing ferry hits breakwater in Japan

A ferry in Matsumaya, Japan crashed into a breakwater just after it departed from the harbour of Oura with 45 passengers on board. One of the passengers was injured after falling into the ground and was taken to a hospital.

The incident occurred as the ferry was being pushed by high winds. Fortunately, the ferry did not take any water and did not leak any fuel. An investigation into the crash started following the 765-ton weighing ferry being towed away after 2 hours.
