A Ukrainian family that trying to receive their visa from consulate in Edirne left their dogs in their vehicle. Though the family left the consulate early, they failed to open the car’s doors. After breaking the half opened windows with firefighters’ and officers’ help, one of the dogs found motionless. Unfortunately, the dog named Elvis couldn’t respond to the heart massage its owner gave. A passerby said the dog could have lived if it didn’t take the Veterinary of Edirne Municipality to arrive the place.
