Driver runs over a three-year-old child in mexico

A driver moving backwards on a street in Mexico City ran over a a three-year-old child named Angel. The unfortunate child gets rescued by the relatives around who lifted the car. Angel was taken to a hospital and diagnosed with lung injury and arm fracture. Authorities started an investigation about the incident.
