An explosion occurred in a fuel tank in the city of Khankendi in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan for an unknown reason. It has been reported that at least 20 people have died in the explosion, and 290 others have been hospitalized. The condition of the patients receiving treatment is critical, and there is fear that the death toll will increase.
