A cat trying to survive in the flood waters by clinging onto the door handle of a vehicle during the floods in the United Arab Emirates was rescued by police. The Dubai Media Office shared the video of the rescue moments with the note: “Every life matters in Dubai.”
Reports say that the country received the highest rainfall in 75 years.
