Egypt’s Deputy Foreign Minister, Ismail Hayrat, has announced that approximately 7,000 individuals holding foreign passports will be allowed to cross from the Gaza Strip into Egypt, primarily through the Rafah Border Gate. The gate was reopened to facilitate the entry of foreign passport holders, including Palestinians with dual citizenship, and to aid those injured in Israeli attacks. Today, 596 individuals with foreign passports from 15 different countries were granted permission to leave Gaza. In a separate statement, it was reported that the Cibaliye Refugee Camp endured two consecutive attacks by the Israeli army, resulting in 195 fatalities, 777 injuries, and 120 people reported missing.
