Eid prayer held in Afghanistan after Eid al-Fitr declared in the country

Authorities in Afghanistan declared today as Eid al-Fitr, unlike other Muslim countries. Concerned about the recent terrorist attacks, especially in the northern regions of the country and in the capital city of Kabul, the public flocked to mosques after the administration’s declaration of Eid al-Fitr. The Muslims in the Afghanistan performed Eid prayers under high security measures.
