A fire broke out at the Deepak Nitire chemical factory in Vadodara, India. As the flames grew in a short time, a violent explosion occurred in the factory. Authorities stated that 7 workers affected by the smoke and they were taken to hospital, and approximately 700 people living in the vicinity of the factory were evacuated. While a large number of firefighters were dispatched to the scene, the smoke from the factory fire was seen from miles away. While the cause of the fire isn’t known yet, no casualties have been reported.
