The natural phenomenon that causes the waters in the Fadlum River in Türkiye’s Sivas to turn red emerged again. The annual meeting of the red waters with Kızılırmak, meaning red river, was recorded with a drone.
“As the summer began, the melting of the snow and the rain created vibrance in Kızılırmak. The water level rose, the water turned red, and a unique view formed,” said a local.

Countries in the Ukraine Defense Contact Group have committed over €21 billion in new military aid, British Defense Secretary John Healey announced after a meeting in Brussels co-chaired by Germany and the UK. The UK pledged a record £4.5 billion for 2024, including drones and anti-tank mines. Germany pledged €11 billion through 2029, with plans to deliver air defense systems, tanks, and ammunition. Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov thanked allies and stressed the importance of continued support against Russia’s increasing drone attacks.
