A fire in an apartment on the 15th floor of a residential building in the Tianshan district of Urumqi, China killed 10 people and injured 9. The fire started when the multi-plug in the bedroom caught fire, according to authorities. After about 3 hours, firefighters were able to put out the fire, which had spread to the 17th floor.
Paramedics arrived at the scene and transferred the injured to the hospital.
