Fire broke out at the power line in Hong Kong

The fire that broke out at the power line in Hong Kong on June 21 at 07:00 pm local time had a negative impact on life. 20,000 households were left without power after one of the power lines in the Yuen Long district, owned by Hong Kong electricity supply company CLP Power, caught fire. CLP Power stated that electricity is supplied to basic services, including hospitals and railways, but 2 more days will be needed to restore electricity supply to 20,000 customers. The Hong Kong government announced that air temperatures in the country rose up to 31 degrees Celsius. “We know that the power outage in this hot weather has greatly affected the public. We are sorry for this situation,” the government said.

While the authorities stated that an investigation has launched regarding the incident, it’s been announced that education should be suspended on June 22 in schools where there is a power outage in the country.
