Seven people, including two children, lost their lives in a fire that broke out in a three-story detached house in the city of Tijuana, located in the Mexican state of Baja California. The cause of the fire is not yet known, and it is estimated that the residents were asleep during the fire that occurred in the morning and could not escape. The Baja California Attorney General’s Office has launched an investigation into the fire.

Russian Presidential aide Nikolay Patrushev announced that President Vladimir Putin signed the draft strategy for the development of the Russian Navy through 2050.
Patrushev stated that the final draft was signed on May 30, following its preparation by the Ministry of Defense and revision by the Maritime Board. The strategy incorporates proposals from various federal institutions and organizations. The initiative was launched after a Kremlin meeting in July 2024.
