Flood in istanbul almost drowns stray dog

Flood emerging after downpour captured a stray dog in Istanbul, Turkey. A citizen saved the dog dragging along the floodwater by running beside it and grabbing its neck.  The lucky dog’s moments are captured by a witness’ phone.
