A forest fire broke out in Alanya in Antalya province, Turkey. More than 200 personnel, 30 sprinklers, first response vehicles, and tankers, as well as 1 reconnaissance and 1 firefighting helicopter, were sent to the area. The fire, which was still burning in the steep area, was brought under control in part thanks to air and ground intervention. Several acres of land were reportedly damaged.
