A forest fire has raged for two days in Tapalpa, Jalisco, Mexico. Tragically, a young firefighter named Manuel Alejandro Justo lost his life. 291 regional firefighters and two helicopters are supporting the firefighting effort, and 260 residents have been evacuated for safety. Governor Enrique Alfaro confirmed that the flames are under control, but work to extinguish remaining hotspots continues.
