Thailand Evacuated 210 Citizens from Sudan

As clashes between the army and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in Sudan continue, the Royal Thai Army has evacuated 210 of its citizens. A group of 78 people, including 71 Thai students, arrived in Bangkok on Thursday, while 132 people were evacuated by a second plane yesterday. Aside from the 210 Thai citizens who returned home, it was reported that two Chinese and one Indonesian citizen with ties to Thai families were evacuated.

Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha, Foreign Minister Don Pramudwinai and Royal Thai Army Commander Alongkorn Wannarot welcomed the evacuated citizens at Don Mueang Airport.
