France Confirmed Intercepting Iranian Drones

French Defense Minister Sebastien Lecornu confirmed that France intercepted fewer than 10 Iranian drones targeting Israel. Speaking in the National Assembly, Lecornu said the drones flew over French bases in the region and were shot down by Rafale jets and missile systems in self-defense. He emphasized that France did not join attacks on Iran but protected its regional assets.
