Haiti Interim Presidential Council President Edgard Leblanc Fils made headlines with an unusual behavior at the 79th UN General Assembly in New York, USA. During his address to the General Assembly, Fils tried to drink water directly from a pitcher instead of using the glass next to it on the podium and spilled the water. Attempting to drink water once again towards the end of his speech, the Haitian leader used the glass and left the podium.
