Hantavirus Infects 3 British Nationals

International health authorities are on alert after a hantavirus outbreak struck the MV Hondius cruise ship in the Atlantic, infecting at least three British nationals. The confirmed patients are currently receiving medical care in completely separate locations, including a South African intensive care unit, a Dutch hospital, and the remote island of Tristan da Cunha. The vessel is scheduled to dock in Tenerife this Sunday, where UK government teams are standing by to safely escort asymptomatic citizens onto designated flights home. However, health officials warn that returning British passengers will likely face a strict 45-day self-isolation period to prevent any potential domestic spread. Meanwhile, authorities are still actively tracking down several other travelers who disembarked weeks before the initial infections were officially reported.
