Physicians and healthcare workers in Türkiye’s Kahramanmaraş held a silent march against Israel’s attacks on the Gaza Strip with bloody aprons and banners. Gathering on Alparslan Türkeş Boulevard in the central Onikişubat district, the crowd marched to the Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Cultural Center with Palestinian flags in their hands and banners with Turkish and English writings against Israel. Dr. Gözde Koyuncu, a physician reading the press release on behalf of the group, expressed that they expect necessary actions in aid of Palestinians to be taken by the Ministry of Health and state authorities and reminded the public to continue to boycott pharmaceutical companies that support the oppression.
