Ten people died due to the negativity caused by heavy rain and hail that started 2 days ago in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Five people, including 3 children, died after being trapped under their house, which collapsed due to the rainfall in the Bajaur region. In Shangla district, 2 children died and 1 child was injured when the roof of a house collapsed. In another incident, 2 children who went missing in the floodwaters in Banda China are being assumed dead in the Shangla region.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Prime Minister Ali Amin Gandapur expressed his regret for the loss of life and stated that he had requested a report from the authorities and that compensation would be paid for the victims.
