Israeli President Isaac Herzog made a statement on the war declaration of the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas’s armed wing, against Israel. “Israel is going through difficult times. We have the power to overcome those who want to harm us,” said Herzog on his social media account. He also urged soldiers and the public to follow the instructions.
“Hamas made a big mistake this morning and started a war against Israel. The Israel Defense Forces are fighting the enemy at all infiltration points. Israel will win this war.” said Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.
