Russian Presidential aide Nikolay Patrushev announced that President Vladimir Putin signed the draft strategy for the development of the Russian Navy through 2050.
Patrushev stated that the final draft was signed on May 30, following its preparation by the Ministry of Defense and revision by the Maritime Board.
