A huge concrete slab fell on a highway from the elevated expressway that was being built upon the road in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. A construction worker was killed and another was injured. Eight vehicles were damaged. Expressway Authority of Thailand Chairman Surachet Laopoolsuk expressed his condolences to the family of Worawut Pannon, 54, who lost his life, and said that the company in charge of the construction was to be held responsible for the accident.
