Hundreds of people took to the streets in the United Kingdom to protest climate change. Demonstrators gathered in London’s Parliament Square and marched to Trafalgar Square carrying banners in the “Draw Attention to Climate Change” protest. They blocked roads to demand that the government stop all new fossil fuel projects. The police deployed heavy security during the demonstration, which was peacefully resolved.

He recalled that Istanbul hosted the first round on May 16 and said Russia will continue to demand the repeal of laws in Ukraine that restrict the Russian language, culture, and the Russian-linked Ukrainian Orthodox Church. Lavrov reiterated that Ukraine’s neutral status remains a key demand in peace efforts.
