Hurricane Rick has made landfall in Isidoro Montes de Oca, in the Mexican state of Guerrero. Mexico’s Civil Defense Coordination reported that Hurricane Rick, which reached the country at the category 2 level, is moving towards the north with strong winds reaching 205 kilometers per hour.
Hurricane Rick is expected to hit Guerrero, Michigan, Colima, Jalisco and Nayarit states with heavy rainfall. The authorities warned the public against the possibility of flood and landslides.
