The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) stated on the 20th day of the Israel-Hamas war that Israeli soldiers entered the northern Gaza Strip. Their statement included that “the IDF was operating in the north of Gaza in preparation for the next stages of the war; their tanks and infantry hit numerous cells, infrastructure, and anti-tank missile launch points, and the soldiers then left the area.”
