A helicopter of the Ukraine Ministry of Internal Affairs crashed near a nursery in the city of Brovary in the Kyiv Oblast of Ukraine. 18 people have been killed, including Ukraine’s interior affairs minister Denys Monastyrsky, deputy minister Yevhen Yenn and state secretary Yurii Lubkovich. 29 people were injured, 15 of whom were children.

Students and staff in the nursery were evacuated, and a search and rescue operation continues in the crash area.
