Israel Opens New Crossing Point to Gaza for Aid Shipments

Israel opened a new crossing point, called the Western Erez Pass, for humanitarian aid shipments to the north of the Gaza Strip. The Coordination of Government Activities in the Palestinian Territories said that the crossing point, located in the Zikim area, is part of efforts to increase humanitarian aid shipments to the Gaza Strip and, in particular, to the north of the Gaza Strip.
