Israel’s airstrike on the high-security Kafr Sousa neighborhood in Damascus has resulted in at least two fatalities and one injury, according to the official Syrian news agency. The attack, targeting a 9-storey building, caused material damage to the structure and parked vehicles. The neighborhood houses a security services complex, including schools, residences, and the Iranian cultural center. This incident follows a previous airstrike in February 2023, where at least five people lost their lives in Kafr Sousa.
