The Israeli army has carried out another airstrike south of the Lebanese capital of Beirut, triggering explosions and causing dense smoke to spread in the sky.
Israeli media reported that the target of Israel’s airstrike on Beirut was the Hezbollah air force commander, citing security sources.
Israel had carried out three airstrikes on Beirut this week.
