Israel continues to advance the ground operation it launched on October 27 in the Gaza Strip. The Israeli army has moved the howitzers in its units to points closer to the border in order to increase the range of artillery fire towards Gaza.
The end date of Israel’s ground operation remains obscure.

The Palestinian Health Ministry reported that Israel’s attacks on Gaza have killed 62,895 people and injured 158,927 since October 7, 2023. In the last 24 hours alone, 76 people were killed and 298 injured.
At aid distribution points, deaths have risen to 2,158, with nearly 16,000 wounded. The ministry also said 10 more civilians, including two children, died of starvation, bringing Gaza’s hunger-related death toll to 313.
